Hailing from a small town in Middle America – Saint Louis, population 2.5 million – I used to spend my days dreaming about all the places I wanted to travel to, without doing much about it. Now, after a handful of trips to Europe, a two-year stint full-time travelling around the world with my wife, and a couple years living in Amsterdam, I call Ye Olde England home.
I still spend most of my time dreaming about all the places I want to travel to, now though, sometimes I actually do it.
Somewhere along the way, I started this site, where I tackle only the tough questions that other people with homepages wouldn’t dare touch: Are there pretty places in the world? Are beaches nice? Are festivals fun? Does Europe really exist? And if so, what’s the beer like there?
Stick around, I’m going places.
